Our Process

WE SUPPLY (AUSTRALIA WIDE), YOU INSTALL (EASY AS 1-2-3)

Upon expression of interest, we will require a copy of your plans and preferred balustrade style, colouring's and indeed, any information relevant to the project.

For ease of your convenience, we mark up your plans with our unique specialist software, whilst providing you the best 'value for money' within 48 hours.

We will then finalise all details and issue a you with a formal Proposal for your consideration, and agreement. You are then to send a detailed order confirmation.

After agreement on the Proposal, we then send a detailed invoice for you to make certain everything is correct. Upon agreement kindly send us your detailed order confirmation.

You attend to Payment and then submit to us a measurement detail, together with any other information which will affect the manufacture or install process.

Based upon your final measurements we will then provide a comprehensive, 'set out plan' for your approval, in particular of any and all measurements as we strongly believe in the adage of 'measure twice cut once'.

You then sign off on the representations. Double checking everything is to your satisfaction.

We proceed to manufacture. For all orders of 20 panels or less, we can manufacture within 4 days of completed order and measurements. Thereafter, we can continue to deliver same panels on a daily basis or as required.

Upon manufacture completion, we then proceed to dispatch, where panels are packed in purpose-built boxes to ensure safety and damage free delivery. Panels are arranged in order of installation, which is noted on the attached paperwork.

Your Balustrade order will be delivered to your nominated site. Your job then is to attend to installation using our easy installation method as explained in the documentation in each box. Additionally, we have videos of each stage of installation on our website together with a hotline service for any complex matters (if any).
